Heromacro street performers, part of Wellington Buskers Festival

As part of the Summer Sampler, the Buskers Festival is here to celebrate Pōneke's creative community, and raise funds for the Wellington Free Ambulance.

All the way from Hiroshima and Kyoto, Japan, HERO and MAKO perform ACRObatics, displaying the culture and comedy of Japan. One a Ninja, the other a Geisha, displaying the culture and comedy of Japan. This duo have years of experience performing in festivals and on the street across Europe and around the world. This show will wow the crowd with impressive feats of strength and flexibility, death defying stunts and… chopsticks. All strung together with a quirky sense of humour that is truly Japanese.
