What better way to begin this year’s Lunar New Year Festival experience than to get a birds-eye view of a performance by the WCSCC Dragon Dance Group. The spirit, vitality, soul and charm of the dragon will set the scene for Festival Day, making way for good fortune and luck for all festival-goers visiting TSB Arena and Shed 6. 

Moving to the beat of drums, gongs and cymbals, dragon dancers change body movements and gestures to make a variety of moves and tricks - crossing, jumping, leaping, turning, rolling, encircling and posing.

Immediately after the performance, follow the dancers into TSB Arena and Shed 6 where a world of delicious food, colourful arts, crafts and displays and an extravangza of cultural performances awaits you.
